Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
Delivery Times: UK delivery usually takes 3-5 business days from dispatch.
Shipping Costs: Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order:
- 0–4 lbs: £3.95
- 4–11 lbs: £6.95
- 11–22 lbs: £8.75
- 22–44 lbs: £13.15
- 44 lbs and over: £14.95 (Tracked Courier Delivery, 5-8 business days)
- Orders over £200: Free Shipping
Tracking: Where available, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Returns Policy
Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return items for a refund or exchange.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
How to Return: Please contact us to initiate a return and we will provide you with full return instructions.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving your return.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a description of the issue and clear photos of the damage. We will assess the situation and offer either a full replacement or a complete refund, including any return shipping costs. In some cases, we may not require you to return the damaged item — we will advise you on this when you get in touch.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:
- Candles that have been lit or used
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Personalised or custom-made products
