Refund policy

At Wakefield and Wicks, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return items for a refund or exchange.

Condition of Returns Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Return To initiate a return, please contact us at charwakefield@hotmail.com with your order details and reason for return. We will provide you with full return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a description of the issue and clear photos of the damage. We will offer either a full replacement or a complete refund, including return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used: candles that have been lit or used, items marked as final sale or clearance, and personalised or custom-made products.
