Shipping policy
At Wakefield and Wicks, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times UK delivery usually takes 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch. Tracked Courier Delivery for larger orders may take 5-8 business days. Please note that delivery times may be affected during busy periods such as holidays.
Shipping Costs Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order:
- 0–4 lbs: £3.95
- 4–11 lbs: £6.95
- 11–22 lbs: £8.75
- 22–44 lbs: £13.15
- 44 lbs and over: £14.95 (Tracked Courier Delivery)
- Orders over £200: Free Shipping
Tracking Where available, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Delays Whilst we do our best to meet the above timeframes, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.
Lost or Missing Orders If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at charwakefield@hotmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
International Shipping We currently ship within the UK only. If you are based outside of the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us to discuss options.
